Course information:

You will understand your role as a leader and learn how to motivate and manage your subordinates or colleagues. Understand the delegation process and its principles. We will teach you how to motivate you to take responsibility for your work, motivate teamwork and learn how to prevent conflict. This will include workshops and team games with an emphasis on putting knowledge into practice.
