Ruda combines humanities and technical education, which allows him to look at things from different perspectives.

Being able to look at things from two different perspectives has always paid off in his career, whether he was teaching at primary and secondary school or working in the business in Czech and foreign companies.

His job is business development, business, and partly also HR and processes.

He shares with Aleš the management of the company as a proxy. He occasionally mentors in the field of business and management.

He enjoys the automotive segment, trips with his family and baking good aged cheese.
