Theoretical interpretation of quality methodologies including practical exercises that will focus on the application of the acquired knowledge in the practice of the Quality Manager. We will teach you how to manage customer satisfaction and relationships with suppliers.

Content:

  • QMS, EMS (introduction to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949)
  • LEAN management (lean manufacturing)
  • FMEA risk analysis (FMEA methodologies, Flowchart, Control Plans)
  • Complaint handling process, 8D methodology
  • Basics of metrology
  • Auditing, system, process, product audits
